Annual Maintenance Contracts are offered for equipment that are outside the warranty period. AMC’s involve all activities related to providing adequate level of service and reducing the downtime of medical equipment in the facility.
NMS offers 3 types of AMC’s
1) SAP (Services And Parts) – This includes general routine visit to ensure the proper functioning of the machine. These type of contracts include unlimited number of support calls, maintenance, calibration (if required), including spare parts for the equipment.
2) SAL (Service Agreement for Labour) – This includes general routine visit to ensure the proper functioning of the machine. These contracts include unlimited number of support calls, maintenance and calibration. Additional charges will be incurred for any spare parts that are required.
3) SAR (Service Agreement for Routine) – This includes general routine visit to ensure the proper functioning of the machine. These visits are scheduled once every 6 months or as per mutual agreement with the client.
