NMS has a team of technical experts trained on each product to provide onsite services that maybe required to resolve issues related to the equipment provided by NMS under warranty or under maintenance agreement.
Onsite services may also be provided to equipment which are not covered by warranty or AMC, on a case-to-case basis, with a one-time service fee.
We also provide onsite support in the design and implementation phase of new medical facilities, as well as existing centres during expansion/relocation phase. Support is available across all departments.
